ScotlandHour 31 August: Scottish Fashion & Design
Scotlandhour August 2016 Chat: Scottish Fashion and Design
This month’s Scotlandhour chat features Scottish fashion and design, perhaps a less obvious travel subject but an inspiration for many, and well suited to Scotland’s year of Innovation, Architecture and Design.
Our August chat, on Wednesday 31 August, 9-10pm BST is a good way find out more about Scotland’s design and fashion community, its bloggers, its makers and producers, related events and activities and how travellers and locals can connect and engage with this.
To help us explore this subject we’ve some great fashion and design co-host tweeters already on board:
@urbanityblog – Urbanity Blog -A Scottish Fashion and Lifestyle Blog by Ruth MacGilp, focusing on local and sustainable fashion, industry events and mental health.
@juniperandjane – Juniper and Jane – Scotland’s rugged landscapes inspire its textile designs.
@nublvck – Nublvck – Collections of accessories, hand-made by expert artisans. Pre-order @Kickstarter
